Pro-Grad Point Values 2017-2018 Students will receive 1,000 points for the following:
Student attends a Pro-Grad monthly GENERAL meeting;
Parent/guardian/representative attends a Pro-Grad monthly GENERAL meeting;
Parent/guardian joins PTO;
Every hour volunteering at a Pro-Grad event (student and parent/guardian/representative will receive points);
Student wears Pro-Grad t-shirt on Thursdays and MUST sign in (during lunches);
Every $10 or donations submitted for/by student (includes corporate sponsorships, auction items, or any other REQUESTED donations);
Every $10 of items sold at fundraisers (poinsettia’s, carnations…); and
Every $10 value of tickets/tables purchased to attend Style Show;
Social Media Outlets (follow/add/share/retweet any ProGrad social media)
Students will receive a range of points for the following:
Parent/Guardian on Pro-Grad Executive Board: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Parliamentarian, Historian, Points Coordinator and Style Show Coordinator – 100,000
Parent/Guardian sharing an Executive Board position – 50,000 (split)
Parent/Guardian chairing a Pro-Grad committee – 50,000
Parent/Guardian co-chairing a Pro-Grad committee – 25,000 (split)
Benefits of receiving and banking Pro-Grad points:
Students with top points get to model in the Style Show. Number to be determined by donated wardrobe;
Receive more money to use at Casino on Pro-Grad Night; and
Receive more raffle tickets to use for Pro-Grad prizes. SPECIAL MEETINGS: If a Committee Chair or Executive Board Member opens their meeting to students (i.e. volunteer), an invitaton will be sent to all students who have given their contact information to the Pro-Grad Committee. Only “requested members” of meetng get points. Participation from those members attending meeting is MANDATORY.
